My camera arrived, so now I can offer a few sights from Århus and ASB.
First up, a view of Downtown Århus from the apartment where I am staying. Note the skinny chimney in the middle of the photo; it belongs to the local brewery. A view of downtown Arhus from my apartment
My walk from the apartment to ASB includes a path through a park and a botanical garden. Botanical garden
On my tour of the campus today, I saw the library library
And the American '50's retro-cool dining hall and hang out spot for students called Plug In: plugin

Hi Bill, the pictures are turning out nicely. Everything looks very lovely and clean and Denmark-ish. No surprises yet. I am glad your luggage came as it did not look like the clothes on the line would fit you nor be in a style that is satisfactory.

Things are going along fine here. I am currently revising my international intellectual property paper for the third time as it is due on mother's day and a certain person did not find interesting my discussion of why one should teach theory to PW students based on what judges do in Canadian high court opinion, and so of all the wild arguments you might imagine me making, I have actually written a 30 page piece that professes to tell the world's high court judges that they are not necessarily globally literate and that to be so, they need to follow my three rules of global literacy, based on Brandt & Clinton. (I make a special point to show that US Supreme Court judges are less globally literate than their Canadian counter-parts.) Can you imagine the boldness I have to write such a paper!! Well, I never.

Here is an interesting fact about Denmark: "In 1828, Denmark issued a decree to extend the protection of authors' rights to foreign works on the condition of reciprocity." "This decree is admitted to be the first provision for international protection of authors' rights, and it is the first enactment in which the principle of reciprocity is introduced in this field." Yu, Copyright Divide, Ladas. Yay for Denmark!!! Leader in the world on international copyright protection!! martine
