On October 10th, Bill Hart-Davidson, along with co-authors Clay Spinuzzi and Mark Zachry, presented two papers
”Visualizing work: Visual documentation of knowledge work: an examination of competing approaches” and “Visualizing work: Capturing & visualizing knowledge work: results & implications of a pilot study of proposal writing activity”. Both papers explore ways of making knowledge work in contemporary organizations more visible for everyone. You can find both papers at the ACM library by searching for SIGDOC 2007.
